Bonjour tout le monde! Cava?
Montreal is an incredible city. So diverse with cobbled streets in vieux ville, churches on every corner and of course the smell of freshly baked croissants.
This past weekend in Montreal has been an eye opener into the differnet parts of Canada. Montreal feels like we are in France. The main language is french, the driving is so scary (haha so very french!) and there are some amazing markets here.
Rebecca's parents are looking after their 2 kiwis so well. They have put us in an amazing B&B call Le Kensington. Josie our host bakes us croissants and pain au chocolate chaque jour!
Yesterday we were treated to a tour of Montreal. I have to say my highlight was the squirrels! I know what your thinking... bloody squirrels?!! Wait til you see them!
I thought I had out smarted one squirrel while trying to catch him! I feed him some peanuts, got him up and close and then pounced!!! THe squirrel then jumped onto the tree, and I ran round the tree trying to catch it.
This must have looked incredible stupid to any passer by. This funny looking kiwi girl running round the tree with a squirrel on the other side shuffling round the same tree!!!
We both have been so looked after by Rebecca's parents. And im sure that both Pascal and I have gained a few extra kilos with the incredible food here in Canada!
Today the plan is to head back to London, Ontario and chill out tomorrow with Rebecca and watch some dvd's.
Whats the goss back home?? Keep in touch and send us lots of emails.
Grosse bises, lots of love xxxx
